USLivings provides free in-home delivery within the California, Nevada and Phoenix areas. We do ship to other states for an additional charge. If you live outside our delivery zone, please contact us to get a shipping fee.The items listed on our website are bought directly from the manufacturers and delivered to our customers. Our delivery team will call you when they are 30 minutes away from your location. The items are brand new and delivered in boxes. On the day of your delivery, our delivery team will first open one side of the box for you to confirm the color and texture of the item and then place the items in the room of your choice. Our delivery team will also present you with an invoice to sign as proof that you have received and paid for your items; a copy will be provided for you as well. You are then responsible for any assembly that is required and the discarding of any packaging or boxes. USLivings's delivery team is not responsible for the assembly of any items or discarding of any packaging. The tools and instructions required for assembly will be provided in the boxes with the items. Any item(s) already used/assembled or without original packaging does not qualify for the return/exchange policy. Please contact a USLivings customer representative if you are interested in assembly for an additional fee. USLivings beats any competitors price on assembly and set up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your delivery, please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice (2 business days).
